US Soccer Development Academy coach Mark Christie would like to share his experience and knowledge with coaches & clubs to enhance training techniques, philosophy, and curriculum in order to advance soccer development in the US. Seminars sometimes focus on one topic or cover a broad range of topics. 

The EST curriculum has proven to work and built 100’s of successful teams and individuals.

• Developed two premier Barcelona Bay Area 06 1 & 2 teams

• Both 06 1 & 2 teams would end up playing State Cup final against each other

• Developed an Barcelona Bay Area 05 team that would win multiple State Cups

• Developed a second Barcelona Bay Area 05 premier team.

• Both 05 teams went on to play in NorCal regionals and ended up playing each other in the final

• Developed Gold 03 / 02 teams into NPL Champions League teams

• Mark Christie's EST 6 Pillar curriculum has been instrumental in developing teams from Recreational to Premier

• AYSO Strikers went from Recreational to NorCal premier in 2 years

• Arsenal Lobitos won the Premier League within 1 year
